What is your returns policy?
We accept cancellations, 24 hours before items are shipped. Otherwise, returns are accepted for exchange or refund so long as they are returned in their original condition and packaging, to our return address within 30 days of receipt. Where can I buy Advatek products?

Is there a minimum order amount / quantity?
No, there is no minimum order quantity. Many of our orders are for single units, or small batch sizes. However, in many cases, the requirements are for multiple units, in which case trade pricing/volume discounts may apply.
What is your shipping Policy?
We despatch products on a daily basis via DHL Express. Typically, delivery is 3-5 working days from despatch. Once an order is sent, we will automatically provide you with the tracking details. Global shipping is provided by DHL Express Worldwide. Typically, delivery is 3-5 working days from despatch to over 220+ countries. A tracking number will be sent to you automatically on despatch.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Is there a lead time on orders or do you supply ex stock?
We hold stock of all PixLite® products in our warehouse, which means in most cases we are able to ship your order immediately. If your order is for a large quantity of of around 100 units or more, please contact us and we will work with you to provide our best delivery option.

For our flagship Mk3 and above products, we offer an industry leading 5 year warranty. For all other Advatek products we offer a minimum warranty period of 12 months. For more detail please refer to our "Warranty Policy"

What's the difference between Mk2 and Mk3 products?
PixLite® Mk2 uses our second-generation processor, while PixLite® Mk3 uses our third-generation processor. PixLite® Mk3 is fully certified and equipped with a 5 Year Warranty. Pixels look better when powered by a PixLite® Mk3. From the network design to electrical design, to configuration and management, PixLite® Mk3 is designed to make your life easier. And use SHOWTime™ for record, playback, and integration via triggers.
What is the benefit of long-range pixel controllers?
Regular PixLite® Mk3 controllers are designed for a maximum distance between pixel output and the start of the LED array to be no more than 15 meters (45 feet). Whereas our Long Range solutions are designed for distances of up to 300 meters (1,000 feet), between the controller and a receiver.

What's the difference between the A-Series and E-Series PixLite® range?
The A-Series of PixLite® Mk3 controllers are our flagship products, supporting full-performance functionality. The E-Series (standing for Economical) removes some of these features to provide a more cost-effective option, without compromising on the performance and functionality of the Mk3 processor.
Where are PixLite® pixel controllers manufactured?

Is smart electronic fusing and power management standard?
Smart electronic fusing and power management is an exclusive feature to the PixLite® Mk3 A-Series only. This feature is not included on PixLite® Mk3 E-Series controllers.
Is Ethernet loop-through standard on all PixLite® Mk3 controllers?
Ethernet loop-through is a standard feature on A-Series and T-Series pixel controllers, including the PixLite® A4-S Mk3, PixLite® T8-S Mk3 and PixLite® T16X-S Mk3. This feature is not included on PixLite® Mk3 E-Series controllers.
Is gigabit Ethernet speed standard on all PixLite® Mk3 controllers?
Gigabit Ethernet speed is a standard feature on A-Series and T-Series pixel controllers, including the PixLite® A4-S Mk3 and PixLite® T8-S Mk3.

Is a universe data hardware firewall standard on all PixLite® Mk3 controllers?
Universe data hardware firewall is a standard feature on A-Series and T-Series pixel controllers, including the PixLite® A4-S Mk3 and PixLite® T8-S Mk3.
This feature is not included on PixLite® Mk3 E-Series controllers.
What's the maximum distance between a standard controller and my LED array?
For standard installations, the recommended maximum distance between a PixLite® Mk3 pixel controller and the start of an LED array is 15 meters (45 feet). This can be extended with a Long-Range option such as the PixLite® T8-S Mk3 or T16X-S Mk3. What is the input voltage for PixLite® pixel controllers?
The voltage range for PixLite® pixel controllers will depend on exactly what model you have. It may be an AC power input, or a DC input.

What's the maximum distance between a long range controller and my LED array?
For long range installations, two distances must be considered; between the pixel transmitter and receiver, and between the receiver and the LED array. The recommended max distance is 300 meters between a PixLite® T8-S Mk3 or T16X-S and each PixLite® Receiver (R4D-S, R1F-S, R2F-S). And the maximum distance between each receiver and array, is 15 meters

Advatek Assistant is an installable software package that provides discovery and management capability of multiple PixLite® pixel controllers.
What is SHOWTime™?
Advatek SHOWTime™ is a set of features included in all PixLite® Mk3 controllers that unleash the potential of Advatek PixLite® Mk3 devices to independently drive light shows without a computer or any source of live data.
How do I keep my software/firmware up to date?
The latest version of PixLite® Mk3 Firmware is regularly updated, adding enhanced features and support for an increasing number of pixel protocols. it is available from the "Downloads" section of the website. Firmware for Classic Mk2 and discontinued Mk1 products is also available from this section, although it is no longer being updated.

What lighting software is compatible with PixLite® controllers?
PixLite® pixel controllers are software agnostic, designed to work flawlessly with the most popular lighting software systems, consoles and media servers. All PixLite® Mk3 controllers support Art-Net and sACN network lighting protocols for receiving DMX over Ethernet.
What pixel protocols do PixLite® controllers support?
PixLite® Mk3 controllers support over 90 of the most common pixel protocols, and we are constantly adding to this number. You can obtain the latest information on the pixel protocols supported in our Pixel Protocol Glossary section.
Are PixLite® controllers suitable for outdoor use?
PixLite® Mk3 devices are rated for indoor use only. If used outside they should be fully sealed within a suitable weatherproof housing, and we would also recommend Conformal Coating for added protection. How do I inject power to my LED pixels?
When designing your pixel lighting system, there is a need for careful consideration of power. One of the most important decisions that needs to be made is whether to inject power into your pixel lights directly from an external power supply, or to power them through the pixel controller itself. How many PixLite® Mk3 products can I daisy-chain together?
With both the PixLite® Mk3 A-Series and PixLite® Mk3 T series Dual-Gigabit Ethernet ports, you can daisy-chain devices together, connecting one network port to the next. With almost zero latency from device to device, the number of devices you can daisy-chain is practically limitless.
How far can I run a cable between my PixLite® controller and PC or console?
The connection between a PixLite and PC/console/network switch is an Ethernet connection, using standard network cable. As such, the maximum length on this cable should follow the standard of the Ethernet communication protocol, which is 100 meters.
Is SHOWTime™ included with all Advatek PixLite® products?
SHOWTime™ is included at no extra charge on all Professional PixLite® Mk3 pixel controllers
